Developed this 281-suite hotel opened in February, 2000, in the heart of the Gallera shopping district.

Acquired this 161-room hotel west of New Haven just 12 miles from Yale University, in March, 2007.

Developed this 180-room hotel serving Logan Airport, Boston, opened in February, 2001.

Acquired this 213-room full-service hotel in suburban Boston in 1993.
Prior Hotel Investments
  • Sheraton Grand Hotel, Paradise Island, Bahamas: Developed by a foreign affiliate in the early 1980's, WEDGE Hotels Corporation assumed operation of this hotel in 1992 and managed the property until it was sold in 2004.
  • Hampton Inn, Portsmouth, NH: Developed this 123-room limited feature hotel in 1997 and sold it in 2002.
  • Days Inn & Stonehill Corporate Center, Saugus, MA: Acquired this 150-room limited feature hotel and adjacent 60,000-square-foot office development in 1994, WEDGE Hotels divested itself of both properties in 2006.
