WEDGE Properties Management Corporation's management team has oversight responsibility for all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, management and leasing of the WEDGE Real Estate Holdings portfolio.

Gregory J. Armstrong, President
Mr. Armstrong has been the President of WEDGE Real Estate Holdings since 2000. He has more than 25 years experience in the real estate industry, including hotels, office, industrial and self-storage properties. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Armstrong served as Chief Financial Officer of WEDGE Group and remains a member of its Executive Committee. Prior to joining WEDGE Group in 1995, Mr. Armstrong was a Certified Public Accountant with national accounting firms specializing in tax and financial consulting to the real estate industry.

Mr. Armstrong graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Accountancy.

Aline Magee-Blohm, Senior Vice President Accounting and Finance
Ms. Magee-Blohm is responsible for all accounting and tax compliance for WEDGE Real Estate Holdings and its subsidiaries. Additionally, Ms. Magee-Blohm has responsibility for coordinating all financing, acquisition and disposition activities of the company. With more than 20 years' expertise in accounting and real estate, Ms. Magee-Blohm's experience includes hotels, office and industrial, self storage and retail centers.

Prior to joining WEDGE Hotels Corporation in 1992, Ms. Magee-Blohm was Controller and co-owner of a public accounting firm specializing in tax, audit and business consulting and development services.

Brian C. Stage, Senior Vice President Hospitality
Mr. Stage brings a diverse background in hospitality sales, marketing, operations and executive management to WEDGE. His previous roles in the hospitality industry have included Executive Vice President, Sales and Distribution for Carlson Hotels, as well as President, Radisson Hotels Worldwide. He began his career with Sheraton Corporation.

He is a graduate of The College of William & Mary where he earned a BBA. Additionally, he completed the Executive Program at the University of Minnesota¡¯s Carlson School of Management where he has also been a guest lecturer.
